Why I Became a Wim Hof Method Instructor
This is me. Václav.
I’m a father of two sons, and like most people, I’ve had my share of tough times. Every time I got back up, I came back stronger. I view obstacles and challenges in life as opportunities to learn something new and use it to my advantage. The same happened with my resistance to cold, which led me to the Wim Hof Method. It opened my eyes and showed me the path to happiness, strength, and health. I want to share these tools with you because happiness is real only when it’s shared.
So what brought me to WHM? I played football for over 20 years, but then I had to stop, and I took up running—a lot of running. I even ran a marathon, but I wasn’t taking care of my lifestyle, and slowly, I began to lose my energy until I nearly collapsed. I got back on my feet naturally, through discipline and belief in my own body.
I believe that we can slowly, step by step, and gradually reach our life goals. Time and again, I’ve proven to myself that if I use my mind correctly during this process, nothing is impossible. We can achieve whatever we set our minds to. And together, we are stronger…
